this will keep you busy

I’m busy creating new, exciting and informative posts about our life here in HKG based on your questions. Plus, I’m single mommy this week and I’m trying to keep up with school. So here is a list of 100 things about me that I posted on a message board that will put you to sleep keep you busy until I can get more posted. You might want to go potty first and get a drink and a snack….

1. Do you like blue cheese? NO!

2. Have you ever read a book in one sitting? Many, many times and often under the covers with a flashlight. Smile

3. Do you own a gun? Me personally? No.

If you aren’t from Maine and have no idea what a red hotdog is, come see me in August (I’ll be in Maine then) and I’ll grill you some! If I allow myself to THINK about the hotdogs and what is in them, it does completely gross me out. I just eat them mindlessly to avoid that issue or just eat a burger instead. Wink

8. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? Dunkaccino, which Dunkin Donuts doesn’t make any more. I’m still bitter about that. Very bitter.

It’s a picture of Portland Head Light in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, the most photographed lighthouse in the world and one of the most beautiful places on earth. I remember telling hubby, “At least I haven’t seen a snake”, as he went ahead and left me behind. I looked down at the path in front of me and what was there, sunning itself? Of course…a SNAKE!! They can’t cut western hair at most places, especially if your hair has any wave or curl to it. I have naturally wavy hair that gets curlier in the humidity (like HKG has!) so it’s not a good combo. I’ve heard horror stories from westerners about hair cuts, so for now, I have long hair. (Whew, that got kind of long, huh?)
