where are they?

Exactly three months ago today, we applied for passports for the children.  They told me it would take 8-10 weeks.  It has been 12.  Have you heard all that talk on the news, in the paper, in magazines, and on the radio about the delay obtaining passports?  They aren’t kidding!! Now that our departure date has been pushed back to October (whoever is praying for us to stay here longer is doing an amazing job!!), I think we’re safe.  Surely they will arrive by then.

Right?

    Well, I’ve read you whole blog pretty much now. I know your son’s name but none of your daughters….who by the way are quite beautiful, both eating popsicles and on the playground.

    The note about the yellow birthday cake - priceless. Way to let it go!

    Bummer on the moving date. Too bad you aren’t already there. It only takes 10 days in HKG.
