David’s appointment
Today at 1:40 pm, David has his first appointment with the surgeon who will be doing the heart repair. It’s an absolutely crazy week for hubby, so getting out of work this afternoon will be a challenge for him. I wonder how David will do with all this after his day surgery recently. I don’t imagine he’ll be all that thrilled to go to the doctor again. 
I’m praying he does well and is cooperative. As far and hubby and I, I’m just praying we are able to communicate well with the surgeon, get our questions answered and have a good understanding of what to expect. It all seems so overwhelming right now.

Praying for you…my cousin had this surgery years ago. His was so bad they had to operate as soon as he turned a year old. I remember being so amazed at his recovery. Now years later–he is a healthy strong man! Obviously with all the advances in medicine David’s care will be superior!
